Nexora Virex OÜ acts as controller for the data needed to create accounts, manage subscriptions, operate instances, and provide support.

Account data

We store the minimum information required to create the account, manage the subscription, and prepare the hosted instance.

Isolated instances

Each customer uses a separate instance. We do not use private customer data to train models or share it with third parties for advertising.

Payments

Checkout and subscriptions are handled by the payment provider. We do not store card numbers on our servers.

When you contact support, we use the context you provide only to resolve the issue and keep the service running.
